How to Make Silver Bullet Cupcake Shots Recipe

Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Put all dry ingredients in a mixer. In a low-speed mode, mix the ingredients within 4-5 minutes until well combined and then add the butter until you reach a sand-like texture. Whisk eggs and other wet ingredients in a bowl or jug and then slowly pour in the mixer until all parts are well combined. Divide your batter into two. Put the orange food dye on the first half with the tablespoons of gin, and the other half will be colored in pink with the tablespoons of whiskey. Using an ice cream scooper (equivalent to 1 tablespoon), place a scoop of the pink batter in the cupcake liners and then add another scoop of the orange mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Make sure to cool down your cupcakes before frosting. While waiting, you can add the yellow food dye and lemon essence on your buttercream frosting. Mix well.

I personally use a Wilton 8B star tip when piping these cupcakes, but you can be creative and select your preferred tip to decorate them. Garnish top with lemon zest.
