– 100g pistachios, finely choppedIcing
– 150g butter
– 500g icing sugar
– 2-3 tbsp raspberry/strawberry fruit coulis
– Fresh fruit/chopped pistachiosCoulis
– 250g raspberries/strawberries (with tops removed)
– 1 tbsp icing sugar
