How To Make These Cinnamon Sugar Soft Pumpkin Pretzels

What a great way to start the festive morning or any morning with having these cinnamon sugar soft pumpkin pretzels they look so good and I am sure they are delicious too , the smell of these baking are bound to get everyone’s taste buds working on Christmas morning , you would make them the day before then warm them up and then add the frosting which would save you time

Here below is a list of the ingredients you will need from the YouTube channel

Pretzel ingredients:
1 1/3 cup warm water
1 tbsp instant active dry yeast (or regular active dry yeast)
2 tbsp honey
4 cups flour (plus extra for the kneading process)
1/2 cup canned pure pumpkin
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Boiling process:
Boiling water in a large pot, enough to be 2-3 inches deep
1/3 cup baking soda

Pretzel coating ingredients:
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 sugar mixed with 1 tbsp cinnamon

Frosting/drizzle recipe:
3 cups powdered (icing) sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp cream cheese softened to room temperature
2-3 tbsp milk

 

Note : in the video Tammy says  bagel instead of pretzel near the end of this video, that is an error, so she is sorry
