When looking for cheesecake recipe to share with you guys I came across this red velvet cheesecake recipe that I just had to see what you all think about it as red velvet has been popular in cakes and in cupcakes but here is a cheesecake
It does look very amazing with the dark red in contrast with the creamy cheesecake giving that swirl effect and dark crumb base i is truly a really wonderful cheesecake to make

BASE:
200g red velvet timtams*
1 T melted butter
*If you’re not using red velvet cookies, use Oreo’s but before you add the melted butter mix in some red food dye, the results will be the same 🙂

450g cream cheese
1 1/2 c heavy whipping cream
1/3 c caster sugar
1 T vanilla essence
1 T cocoa powder
1 T red food dye
