Raspberry Chocolate No Bake Cheesecake

A wonderful recipe for this  raspberry chocolate no bake cheesecake that looks so fantastic  with the chocolate crumb base and the two layers of the creamy cheesecake filling

Here Below is the ingredients you will need to make this cheesecake

Crust:
2 cups chocolate wafer crumbs or oreo cookie crumbs
(if you are using chocolate wafer cookies this will be about 38 wafers)
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter melted

Filling:
1 envelope unflavoured gelatin powder
3/4 cup cold water
2 cups heavy whipping cream
19 oz ( two 8oz packages plus 3oz of another) cream cheese, softened
1/3 cup sugar
4 oz semisweet chocolate melted and cooled
1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
More fresh raspberries and some mint leaves for garnish (optional)
