With peanut butter cups as my guide line and imagination as my driving force, I have found the ultimate cheesecake bite recipe by Sweet Spicy Kitchen!
These mini cheesecakes start with a crunchy graham crust and have not one but two cheesecake fillings, rich chocolate and sticky peanut butter! To top these scrumptious bites, some velvety melted chocolate, crunchy peanuts and chocolate chips!
Ingredients:
Graham cracker crust
- 1 cup graham crackers crumbs
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
Chocolate cheesecake filling
- 10 ounces semi – sweet chopped chocolate
- 1 ½ cup heavy cream, at room temperature
- 12 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Peanut butter cheesecake filling
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ⅔ cup peanut butter
- ⅔ cup heavy cream
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Chocolate topping
- 6 ounces semi – sweet chopped chocolate
- 6 tablespoons heavy cream, at room temperature
- ¼ tsp oil
Sprinkle
- Chocolate Chips
- Peanuts – chopped
