They named it right ! , this layer cake is just that it is tall due to the wonderful three layers , it is dark as it is a rich dark chocolate cake and it is stout because there is stout in the recipe which gives this cake a really rich moist texture and with the yummy caramel in the layers and the decoration of chocolate frosting with pieces of caramel chocolate bars this cake is one that I would class as being extravagant , rich and totally delightful .
