Peanut butter lovers, this one’s for you! Peanut butter cookie dough forms the base for these bars, stacked with marshmallows, peanuts and caramel.

INGREDIENTS

1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ peanut butter cookie mix
2 tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1/3 cup butter, softened
1 egg
20 caramels, unwrapped (From 11-oz bag)
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
1 cup cocktail peanuts
1/2 cup marshmallow creme

TIPS: The secret for cutting bars easily is to line the pan with heavy-duty or non-stick foil. When it is time to cut the bars, just lift the baked bars with the foil out of the pan, and cut. This also makes clean up extra easy.
If you are a chocolate lover, try using 1/2 cup chocolate chips in place of 1/2 cup of the peanuts.
