Caramel Sauce

1 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup water
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup whiskey
1/2 cup whipping cream


1 box Betty Crocker™ SuperMoist™ French vanilla cake mix
1/3 cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons water
2 eggs
1 cup toffee bits
