24 Oreo cookies
ž cup (170 g.) cream cheese
7 oz. (200 g.) dark or milk chocolate
7 oz. (200g.) white milk chocolate
How to Make Oreo TrufflesÂ
Place in all of the Oreo cookies in a food processor. Pulse until fine crumbs form and add in softened cream cheese. Pulse until combined and smooth and then transfer all of the mixture in a bowl and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Scoop out 1 inch of the batter and roll it out between your hands until ball forms. Place all of the truffles in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for about 20 minutes.
Melt both chocolate (white and dark) in separate bowls over a pot with simmering water. Dip truffles in chocolate (white or dark), shake it to excess chocolate, and place them on parchment paper. Decorate each truffle with dark if they are coated with white chocolate and vice versa.
