This is another recipe from the Dessert Angel and is a lovely cute cupcakes recipe with lemon and a hint of coconut to give it a really simple but amazing flavor.
The good thing about this recipe is that it is both Gluten free & Dairy free too as well as having only moderate fat and calories too.
This is probably one of the best recipes I know that has not been pumped full of additives and flavorings to enhance the high sugar and fat content of a lot of the so called “Healthy ” desserts.
