2/3 cup Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons sour cream
2 eggs
1 cup sugar (for pressing cookies)
Frosting
3 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup butter, softened
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
