Here is a great cupcake recipe for all you chocolate fans out there .. these chocolate glazed chocolate cupcakes are truly delicious the double chocolate is one that I love .. glazed cupcakes have that slight edge for me than the frosted ones

Chocolate Glazed Chocolate Cupcakes
Ingredients
Cupcakes
110g /4oz / 2/3 cup self raising flour, sifted
110g /4oz /1/2 cup caster sugar (superfine) sugar
110g /4oz / 1/2 cup butter, softened
2 large eggs
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
To Decorate
200g/ 7 oz dark chocolate( minimum 60% cocoa solid)
50g / 1 3/4 oz / 1/4 cup Butter
4 tbsp Runny honey
- Prepare the oven to 190°C ( 170 °C fan ) 375F/ gas 5 and then line a 12 hole cupcake tin with paper cases
- Combine the flour, sugar, butter, cocoa and the eggs in a bowl and whisk together for about 2 minutes or until the mixture is smooth
- Divide the mixture evenly between the cake cases and then transfer to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes
- Test them with a wooden toothpick , if it comes out clean then the cakes are cooked and are ready to come out of the oven
- Transfer the cupcakes onto a wire cooling rack to cool down
- Meanwhile stir the chocolate , butter and honey together over a low heat until it forms a smooth glaze, leave the mixture to cool to body temperature then spoon over the cooled cupcakes
