  • 1 tablespoon finely shredded orange peel

  • 1/2 cup orange juice

  • 2/3 cup chopped or snipped dried cranberries

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened

  • 1 3 – ounce package cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 egg

  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar

  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
